Ultimate Assassin 2

"Decent"

date: June 9, 2009

But I never really felt like a smart assassin, without any sort of way to dispose of or hide the body or a way to distract guards, and I found it particularly frustrating when I would occasionally bump into the victim by accident while trying to avoid a guard. Other then that, it's a good game, and after a while it starts to get you into the mindset of an assassin.

RABID

"Well Done"

submission: RABID

A great game, but the difficulty curve was a little steep, and some of the zombies never seemed to die. The thing I found most annoying were the zombies that spat... acid(?) at you, and whenever you hit them they would get knocked back just far enough to hit you with a few more tennis bal- er, acid things. Also, I found that the battle modes weren't very rewarding by the time you racked up enough points to get them all. Besides, once you have all of them, there's really not much of a reason to continue playing. And the stamina regeneration rate for the unlockable battle modes was just too dreadful for the mode's bonuses to be really worth it.

Some suggestions:
More attacks, and more modes. Even having every mode have it's own set of attacks would be interesting enough to provide more incentive to get them all. And I'm sure some sort of projectile attack would be well received through out the gaming community of NG.
Customization. Even being able to choose your robots colors would add a nice level of individuality to each player.
Gameplay Modes. Co-Op? Versus? Story? Minigames? All of these would significantly add to the experience that is RABID.
Other Ideas. Level-Maker, RPG elements, Make A Battle Mode, Status Rejuvenating Items, etc.

Overall, this is a must play for any lover of mindless violence.

Fear Unlimited Issue2

"Decent"

date: March 18, 2009

Still needs some improvement.
First of all, the enemies have way too much life and take too long to kill.
Second, I really hated how every attack I did pushed the enemy all the way across the screen until finally the side of the screen is hiding all the action. Seriously, why would an enemy fly across the screen when I'm slashing downwards at him? This makes me feel like I'm using some sort of hammer or mace rather then a sword. Remember swords cut, they don't knock people across rooms.
Third, the combos were pretty plain, I mean, there wasn't much difference between the weapons besides speed and damage, which rather made the whole point of switching weapons rather lacking in presentation, honestly, I don't see how cutting up some guy then switching to a different weapon to use the exact same attacks (basically) can really be considered "stylish".
Fourth, there's really not a lot to pull the player in, sure it's a DMC tribute and granted you are able to pull off some pretty cool stuff, but I really doubt many people are gonna want to play onwards after the agonizingly long first level, if they manage to get through it. A certain someone's metaphor comes into play here, "If you're eating a burrito, and it taste like crap, you're not gonna keep eating it!" (Not that this is a shitty game, just needs some work)
Overall, this is a decent game. Sure it gets a bit monotonous and boring after a while... but some DMC fans will probably find joy in this, but as for us non-diehard fans, I really don't suggest this game.

Death vs. Monstars

"Wow"

Been a while since I've seen such a frantic non-stop action game like this. The odd but innovative control scheme paired with the never ending streams of bullets (especially later on) make for quite the adrenaline boost. It's nice that you're able to play levels over and over again, allowing you to collect gold and brush up on your dodging and aiming skills. It is very good how forgiving dying can be, especially with a difficult game like this, and I have to admit I was quite the happy camper when I discovered that you don't lose all your cash when you die.
All in all, this game makes for a wonderful experience and I highly suggest it to any fan of high-speed shooters.

It's a good idea, and the animation is well done, but honestly, the dialogue script needs work. Major work. Other then that though, it's a good series.

I got both endings, thought the one with the flying feline was funnier though. Good Game, can't wait for chapter 2!

"Ha!"

Love how he just foils each enemy by just being nice (except for the last one).

And I only got the texas chainsaw massacre (right?) and the ring references, but I didn't know who the last character was... can I still have cake?

This is just great, very well done, and I can't wait to see the full movie.

Oh and Djmr, in case you didn't notice, the slogan is "Everything by Everyone." So please, don't complain about whether or not something is in flash, but think more about the quality of the movie then what program was used to create it.

But anyways, very good, a round of applause for "Pianist on the Way".

Fairly fun game, good interactivity, twas quite fun to watch the bombs go off. But it needs something more. Like more of a plot... or maybe missions and objectives... along with levels. Overall it's a good game, but it could use some improvement.

62. That's my ranking... or was it 63...? Oh well...
I noticed that it comes to a point where you can't see your character at all, what with all the explosions! I found this to make it very difficult, since I couldn't tell if my guy was about to die or not... but overall it's a good game.
